Privacy policy

What we collect

To operate the service, we collect and store:

• Account info: name, email, a hashed password (we never store your password itself), and any payment instructions text you add for your clients to see.
• Clients you add: name, email, and optional company name.
• Invoices you create: line items, amounts, due dates, notes, and status history.
• Billing information for your own subscription, handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: generating invoice PDFs, emailing them to your clients, tracking paid/unpaid status, and enforcing plan limits. We don't sell your data or use your invoices to train anything.

Who else touches it

A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf, under their own agreements:

• A cloud storage provider, which stores generated invoice PDFs.
• An email delivery provider, which sends invoices to your clients.
• A database hosting provider, which stores account, client, and invoice data.
• A payment processor, which handles your own subscription billing.

What your clients see

A client you invoice receives a link to a page showing that one invoice -- no account, no access to your other clients or invoices. That link is a long random token, not something guessable from the invoice number.

Retention

Invoice data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account page.

Your rights

You can access, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting us or using your account page.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, and nothing sold to third parties.
